As a Senior DevOps Analyst within our operational development team (DevOps), you will play a pivotal role in the support, maintenance, and evolution of mission-critical TMX systems. Operating within a highly regulated environment where we focus on the operational stability and enhancement of the platforms we support, rather than core product development.

This involves guiding the work of DevOps Analysts, making key operational and project-level decisions, and ensuring the health and performance of our services. This senior position requires strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, although it does not have direct reports. You will be instrumental in navigating the evolution of our platforms, integrating cutting-edge technologies like cloud solutions and Kubernetes into complex, established systems. Your proactive approach and deep system knowledge will be crucial for anticipating issues, preventing outages, and driving improvements in our release pipelines and automation strategies.
