BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company specializing in SAP solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Basis Team Lead to join our team. As a SAP Basis Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of SAP Basis Consultants and overseeing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems for our clients. You will lead and coordinate projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure the smooth operation and performance of SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of SAP Basis Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and components
Lead system upgrades, apply patches, and perform system migrations
Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system resources
Implement and maintain system security measures and data backup and recovery processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP integration and provide technical guidance
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Create and maintain system documentation and operational procedures
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in SAP Basis administration
Proven experience leading and managing a team
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, infrastructure, and basis administration
Expertise in system installation, configuration, and maintenance
Experience in system upgrades, patching, and migrations
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficient in system performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization
Knowledge of system security and data backup and recovery processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Certification in SAP Basis is preferred
Experience with SAP HANA and cloud platforms is a plus
