Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Type: Initial 12 Month Freelance Mission (Extendable)

Start Date: October / November 2025

About The Role:

The CISO Portfolio Management Team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a team of Architects and Functional Testers. The role focuses on applying Agile practices effectively, driving value delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Coach the team in Agile practices, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality
Organise and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide the team through task identification, effort sizing, reporting, and continuous improvement
Manage impediments, negotiate inputs, and proactively address risks and issues
Track and analyse KPIs (velocity, predictability, progress)
Ensure transparency, communication, and compliance with standards

Required Skills

5 years experience as Scrum Master
Experience delivering business processes, procedures, controls, and KPIs
Proven track record managing multiple large projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills
Problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
Client-focused, delivery-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
Fluent in English
Experience as a Scrum Master within Identity Access Management Projects

Preferred Skills

Scrum Master certifications (CSP, PSM)
Understanding of technical concepts and Agile delivery in IT security
Knowledge of SailPoint and IAM technologies
