WHY WE NEED YOU ?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Data Web Cloud Tribe to support the design and scaling of new products.
Your mission will be to lead architectural design across the tribe, guide engineering teams in building new services, and ensure technical consistency across transversal stacks, in order to accelerate product launches and maintain technical excellence.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will join a group of 2 architects, working closely with engineering squads across the tribe. You'll be the reference point for architecture design, supporting teams with reviews, specifications, and technical leadership.
Your manager will be Loic Martinez Varizat.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
Design and document architectures for new products within the tribe
Draft technical specifications to support engineering execution
Lead technical oversight of selected product developments
Write and review code for transversal stacks (Go, Python, etc.)
Prepare and animate architecture reviews for the tribe
Provide guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams
About You
HARDSKILLS :
At least 7+ years of professional experience, including 5 years leading technical projects or products
Proven experience in software or infrastructure architecture
Strong technical background with: Go, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab, Linux, REST/gRPC, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, FluxCD
Experience deploying infrastructures at scale
SOFTSKILLS :
Pedagogical approach, able to explain and share knowledge clearly
Strong rigor in design and execution
Solid writing skills for specifications and documentation
Ability to find balance between leadership and collaboration
