RED TIC is currently looking for a qualified VMware Support Engineer to join the technical support team of our client. As a VMware Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing support for our client's virtualization infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving technical issues.

Mission

Technical Support:

Provide technical support for VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and related components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution.

Customer Interaction

Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their technical concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Documentation

Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for internal knowledge base and customer reference.

Performance Optimization

Perform regular system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning to ensure efficient VMware infrastructure.

Upgrades And Patching

Assist in planning and executing VMware software upgrades and patches.
Stay informed about the latest VMware technologies and updates.

REQUIRED PROFILE : VMWARE

Proven experience in providing technical support for VMware virtualization solutions.
Strong knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, and associated technologies.
Familiarity with networking concepts and storage configurations in a virtualized environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
