About the Role:
As IT Manager, you'll lead the successful launch, manage products and major feature releases, working closely with developers, marketing, sales, and product experts, while also dealing with care owners. Whether implementing new tech or upgrading existing solutions in the care home sector, your role is key to delivering outstanding value to clients and internal teams.
You'll Manage:
Comprehensive product launch plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless launch readiness.
Cross-functional team coordination and reporting directly to the CEO.
Communication and marketing strategies.
Create and manage communication strategies across platforms for consistent messaging and maximum reach.
Creation of launch assets (marketing materials, documentation, training)
Track launch metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project timelines, budgets, and resource management.
We're Looking For:
Master's Degree or equivalent experience from recognised university.
2-6 year's project management experience especially in care, health and information technology sector.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in distributed/start up/accelerator environments are also valued.
Basic knowledge about AWS and cloud technologies is a bonus.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who owns their projects.
Passionate about continuous learning and diving into AI based technologies is a plus.
Being certified in PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CSM, ACP or Prince2 is a plus but not mandatory.
