Jira System Administrator (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Jira System Admin to manage and support our Atlassian Cloud suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) for a 1000+ user base.

What you'll do:

Configure projects, workflows, dashboards, and reports

Manage users, groups, and permissions

Write advanced JQL queries for reporting and insights

Test new features/plugins and monitor system health

Enhance information visualization and support Agile teams

Skills & Experience:

5+ years Atlassian/Jira admin experience

Scriptrunner required; Xray preferred

Strong dashboard design, reporting, and workflow configuration

Agile/Scrum exposure
