About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end Java development. You'll be part of a global team (Toronto, New York, London) working on transformational platforms that streamline internal systems and unlock new business opportunities in Lending and Credit.

This is a hands-on development role involving modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and Azure. Experience in credit management, corporate lending, or LoanIQ is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with agile full-stack teams to build greenfield and existing platforms.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable systems using Java Spring Boot and React.
Create reusable, testable modules and components.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; deploy code in Azure.
Engage with business stakeholders through demos and iterative development cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in:
Java, Spring Boot
React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
SQL, Hibernate, JSON
Azure Cloud, DataDog
Solid understanding of design patterns and multi-tier web-based applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with network monitoring and code profiling tools.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LoanIQ data models and standard APIs.
Background in credit or corporate lending systems.

Technical Proficiency

Java (P3 - Advanced)
