About the Role

We're seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team in a hybrid Developer-Architect capacity. This role is ideal for someone who has recently begun transitioning into architecture or is ready to take that next step. You'll play a key role in driving technical solutions while gaining valuable exposure to solution and enterprise architecture within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain core ServiceNow applications and modules
Support the transition of ServiceNow development into scalable architecture
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
Contribute to system design and architecture discussions
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability in delivered solutions
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Key Qualifications

5-10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of solution and enterprise architecture principles
Background in architecture and solution design is an asset
Suitable for developers ready to move into architectural roles
Strong grasp of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and related technologies
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or custom applications
