Job Specifications

Contract: Outside IR35
Rate: PS400-525 per day
Location: Remote-first (occasional travel across South of England - eg Corsham, Bristol, Andover)
Duration: 6 months (initial)
Start Date: TBC
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support key digital and data transformation projects within the Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
Supporting data-related projects, including integration and catalogue development.
Producing process maps, user stories, and gap analyses.
Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
Strong Defence sector experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Proven background in software, digital, or data projects.
Solid knowledge of Agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong documentation and requirements management experience (eg, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
