Role Overview

As a Product Specialist within the Creation, Design & Development (CD&D) team, you will play a key role in supporting the global Animal Nutrition business, with a particular focus on feed additives. You will act as a technical expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the Bioactive Additives portfolio across global markets.

Main Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to the global sales force, regional CD&D teams, and key accounts:
Deliver product and application training
Support trial design, implementation, and data analysis
Answer technical queries related to Bioactive additives
Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions
In collaboration with global and regional marketing leads, develop impactful technical and promotional materials:
Data sheets, brochures, presentations, technical bulletins
Contributions to scientific and industry conferences
Work closely with internal departments (quality, regulatory, supply chain, production, commercial excellence) to ensure product alignment and customer satisfaction for the Bioactives range.

Candidate Profile

Master's degree in Animal Sciences (nutrition, production, or related field) or Veterinary degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in the animal nutrition industry
Strong understanding of product lifecycle: technical management, launch, and promotion
Customer-oriented mindset and strong team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills (online & in person)
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
Passion for continuous learning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
