Senior Full Stack Engineer (C# / React)

Hybrid - 2 days per week in Manchester | Global Tech Business | AI-Driven Innovation

We're partnering with a global, high-growth technology business on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape the next generation of their internal products.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team that values clean code, good practices, and technical mentorship as much as cutting-edge tech.

What You'll Do

Lead development across modern C# and React applications.
Mentor and support a talented team of engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.
Champion engineering excellence - from CI/CD to clean architecture and testing culture.
Contribute to technical strategy and the adoption of new technologies across the stack.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in C#, .NET, and modern JavaScript (React).
Experience designing and building scalable full-stack systems in cloud environments (Azure/GCP preferred).
Passion for mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and building high-performing teams.
Curiosity around AI integration and how it can drive real product innovation.
A proactive, collaborative mindset -- someone who enjoys solving problems with others.
