Location: Remote/UK

Salary: upto £120,000 + commission (uncapped)

Travel: occasional, Europe.

Looking to drive growth in a high-performing healthcare research business? This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of expanding healthcare panel partnerships across the UK and Europe, combining new business generation with strategic account development.

You’ll join a global digital insights business recognised for its technology-led research platforms and proprietary online panels. With a strong track record in reaching complex and hard-to-engage audiences, the company delivers award-winning healthcare, B2B, and consumer research across more than 40 international markets.

What you’ll do

Grow the healthcare portfolio – win new clients and deepen relationships with existing MRAs, delivering tailored healthcare panel and data collection solutions.
Drive new business – identify target agencies, develop outreach strategies, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Build market presence – represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen visibility and client connections.
Partner with internal teams – collaborate with operations, project management, and marketing colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Shape client strategy – act as a consultative partner, translating research needs into innovative, tech-enabled sampling solutions.
Travel regularly – attend client meetings and events across the UK and Europe several times a year.

What you’ll bring

Strong sales experience within market research, focused on healthcare panels or data collection.
Established network within MRAs (market research agencies) and healthcare research buyers.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close business independently.
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and seize growth opportunities.
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in a global, remote-first environment.
