Role: Data Literacy & Change Management Lead - Contract Role

Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager

Day rate: Amount TBC and is Outside IR35

Project duration: 3-6 months (extension is possible)

Location: Remote with occasional on-site in London

We're supporting an exciting strategy and technology consultancy looking to bring on a freelance consultant to strengthen their client team. The Data Literacy & Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client's enterprise-wide data culture strategy. This role focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across business functions by embedding data literacy and enabling behavioral change.

Tasks

Develop and execute the enterprise-wide data literacy roadmap to enhance the data maturity of employees

Lead the change management strategy for data and AI transformation initiatives

Define and track key success metrics (e.g. literacy scores, adoption KPIs, engagement rates, and feedback loops)

Requirements

An independent consultant

5+ years in data literacy change management

Nice-to-have: Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks)

Consulting levels considered:

- Consultant; Senior Consultant; Manager
