Job Specifications

A leading IT Consultancy is seeking a Data Insights & Intelligence VOC Analyst on a contract basis to work on a project with a leading Pharma client.
You will be needed onsite 2-3 days a week in London or Weybridge (your preference). Please DO NOT apply unless you can commit to this arrangement.
You also must be able to start within 1 weeks notice.
Experience Required:
Demonstrated track record as an Insights Analyst or in a similar consumer-focused analytical role, ideally within Consumer Care or CPG.
Voice of the Customer (VOC): Expertise in the 'Voice of the Customer' (VOC) concept, skilled in unpacking human feedback and workflow data to design and evolve VOC processes.
Mixed Methodology: Hands-on experience planning, shaping, and executing mixed-methodology research (qualitative and quantitative) to drive data understanding and strategic storytelling.
Experience leveraging large, structured and unstructured datasets (derived from millions of consumer interactions) and actively utilising emerging technologies for analysis.
Exceptional ability to interpret, present, and derive strategic recommendations from complex or ambiguous datasets, translating them into compelling business narratives.
Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and metrics that effectively measure service performance and drive informed business decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools, along with alterative storytelling skills to communicate insights.
Core Tools: Expertise in using Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation and aggregation functions) and familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Azure.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for data-driven synthesis.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Awareness of relevant data protection and privacy regulations and policies.
Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics and a basic understanding of programming languages (such as SQL or Python) are a bonus.
