About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing fintech team. The ideal candidate will bring strong Business Analysis expertise, hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT), and exposure to the crypto / digital assets domain.

Work type: Contract

Working Model: 2-3 Days a week in London

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Drive initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, compliance, and technology.
Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery through UAT and implementation.
Contribute to the design and optimization of fintech platforms ensuring compliance readiness.
Partner with teams on crypto / digital asset projects, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
Proven experience in regulatory / compliance domains – especially AML/CFT.
Strong understanding of financial market operations and regulatory processes.
Exposure to the crypto / blockchain / digital assets domain is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
