We need someone who can hit the ground running and bring the full power of AI into our sales processes. Your work will help us accelerate internal transformation by creating tools that empower our Sales team with cutting-edge ML, DL, LLM, and agent-based technologies. You’ll be instrumental in turning ambitious, advanced use cases into real-world business wins.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You’ll be part of a tight-knit group of Sales enthusiasts who are as passionate about AI as they are about business outcomes.
Your manager will be Doreen Pernel, Scaleway’s CSO. She’s led sales teams across Paris, London, New York and is known for her hands-on leadership, sharp GTM vision, and genuine commitment to helping her teams succeed.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered tools, think LLM-based solutions, data pipelines, or agentic workflows, that support Sales initiatives
Build and scale ML/DL/LLM pipelines and applications, using tools like FastAPI, Scikit-learn, Pandas
Experiment and integrate AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex into real use cases
Work on retrieval-augmented generation, vector search systems, model evaluation, and feedback loops to drive performance
Ensure production readiness: version control, CI/CD, Docker, deployment, and MLOps/LLMOps processes
Occasionally, dip into Go or JavaScript if it helps move things forward
Collaborate actively with cross-functional partners, Sales, product, operations, to turn prototypes into deliverables
About You
HARDSKILLS:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering Data Science or AI solutions, including LLM
Mastery in Python for building data and ML pipelines, as well as application development (FastAPI, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas…)
Deep understanding of LLMs: strengths, limitations, and how to embed them within intelligent systems
Experience with AI toolkits such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
Solid grounding in RAG approaches, vector databases, and search infrastructures
Strong model evaluation techniques
Proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps and deployment pipelines—versioning, CI/CD, Docker, Nginx
Bonus: Familiarity with Golang or JavaScript
