Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

Location: Paris, France

Contract duration: 4-6 Months (May Extend to 12 months)

Overview:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control for mechanical and electrical systems on large-scale construction projects, including data centres. The role involves implementing site-specific QA/QC procedures, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the QA/QC system on-site.
Coordinate inspections with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Review and distribute QA/QC documentation.
Ensure site activities comply with relevant codes and standards.
Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits.
Oversee quality documentation for project handover.
Conduct and chair weekly QA/QC meetings.
Review technical specifications and provide training to QC inspectors.
Monitor and report on the implementation of the site QC plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
QA/QC experience in construction, preferably in MEP systems and data centre environments.
Strong understanding of construction codes and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Deltek.
CQM certification preferred.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Eligibility to work in France is required.
