Job Title: Account Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, Fenchurch Street)
Reports To: Account Director
Salary: £40,000-£42,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We're working with a fast-growing influencer marketing agency that partners with some of the world's biggest brands across the UK, Australia, and the US. They're scaling their UK presence and looking for a talented Account Manager to join their London team.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on delivering exciting, data-led influencer campaigns and wants to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where tech, creativity, and insight come together.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll manage influencer campaigns end-to-end while owning key client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You'll work across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and tech clients - managing strategy, campaign execution, and delivery with real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the key point of contact
Lead influencer campaign strategy, briefing, and execution
Oversee influencer selection, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and delivery
Work cross-functionally with internal tech, data, and paid media teams
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting
Track performance against KPIs and provide post-campaign insights
Support new business efforts and spot opportunities to grow accounts
Mentor and support junior team members
What You'll Bring
3-4 years' experience in a client-facing role, ideally within influencer or digital marketing
Confident in campaign management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Strong understanding of creators, audiences, and the influencer ecosystem
Strategic thinking with great attention to detail and organisation
Data-driven with the ability to analyse and present insights
Confident communicator, great with clients and internal stakeholders
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with project management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
Positive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for the influencer space
