We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Analyst (PowerApps/M365) join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is from £48,000 with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus.

This will be an 18 month FTC.

About the role:

This role sits within the Microsoft Product team, reporting to the Microsoft Product Owner. You will work equally across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms, OneDrive) and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). You will support both the M365 and Power Platform products to ensure services are stable, compliant, and delivering measurable value. You'll balance hands-on issue resolution with proactive enhancement, ensuring tools like SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Automate help embed solutions across the organisation.

What you will bring to the role:

Experience

Experience supporting M365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms, and OneDrive.
Experience supporting Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience working directly with customers to resolve complex issues.
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and provide one-time-fix resolutions.
Experience producing reports and dashboards from operational data.
Strong communication skills for working with end users, governance teams, and technical colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to deliver first-time fixes and improve support processes.
Experience documenting technical procedures and maintaining knowledge materials.

Knowledge

M365 functionality and administration across SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms, and OneDrive (desirable).
Power Platform functionality and administration including Power Apps and Power Automate (desirable).

Microsoft 365

Act as a second-line contact for M365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Lists, Forms, and OneDrive.
Manage M365 permissions, configuration, and content lifecycle.
Monitor and respond to M365 support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Support rollout of new M365 features and change initiatives.
Gather feedback and usage insights to guide continuous improvement.

Power Platform

Provide support for Power Apps and Power Automate issues.
Analyse and address recurring problems, proposing long-term technical fixes.
Track system performance and usage patterns; produce dashboards to inform decisions.
Maintain documentation, FAQs, and user guidance to support adoption.

General

Support the Product Owner with data and insights from user feedback and operational analytics.
Contribute to roadmap planning and agile delivery within the Digital & Data team.
Maintain and grow subject matter expertise across M365 and Power Platform technologies.
