Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Financial Business Partner – Logistics to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Broughton. This role offers a hybrid working model with approximately 60% onsite presence required. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and execution within a leading manufacturing setting.

As a Financial Business Partner – Logistics, you will be responsible for understanding the operational environment and leading financial planning activities. You’ll prepare accurate forecasts, challenge business requests, and develop financial models to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will help anticipate risks and opportunities, ensuring robust financial governance and performance.

You will also be expected to produce detailed financial reporting, analyse cost bases and deviations, and advise on corrective actions. The role involves supporting execution through resource reviews, cost reallocation models, and ensuring data quality across financial operations. A strong understanding of financial reporting and governance is highly desirable, along with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and forecasting activities
Develop and run financial models and business cases
Analyse cost base, revenues, and unit costs
Advise on financial risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
Support execution through data quality and cost reallocation processes

Additional Information

Duration: Until 24/11/2026

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Work Pattern: 35 hours/week, 4.5 days between 7am–7pm
