This role is for our client - Zoneee Software.

Zoneee is a practice management software built by chiropractic clinic owners who know the daily challenges of running a busy practice. Designed from real-life experience, Zoneee simplifies operations, streamlines communication, and helps clinics scale efficiently.

The platform goes beyond basic management — it’s built for growth. With features like referral systems, direct debit integrations, and automated retention tools, Zoneee empowers chiropractors, osteopaths, and clinic teams to focus on what they do best: helping patients.

We’re now looking for a part-time Sales Account Manager to join our growing team — someone who can optimise our sales and lead generation funnels, follow up with new clinics, and ensure every client has a smooth and rewarding experience from demo to on boarding.

Role Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with clinics, understanding their business needs, and showing them how Zoneee can transform their daily operations and long-term growth.

You’ll:

Build and manage the sales funnel from lead to onboarding
Optimise the sales process and introduce new systems to improve conversion
Follow up with new clinics and ensure smooth onboarding
Educate and support clients through their setup and early usage
Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to refine the client journey
Visit clinics occasionally to strengthen partnerships and gather feedback

This is a hybrid role — mostly remote, with occasional visits to clinics in London and across the UK.

You Are:

Experienced in sales, account management, or client success — ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or wellness
A confident communicator with great follow-up and relationship-building skills
Organised and proactive — able to take ownership and manage your own pipeline
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Empathetic, resourceful, and motivated by helping others succeed
