Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Senior Release Manager to oversee end-to-end release and deployment processes for a leading banking customer. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality software deliveries across multiple systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple applications.
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
Coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Manage risk, rollback, and communication for all releases.
Drive automation and process improvements in release management.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and environment management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and service transition management.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
