Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong, hands-on experience in Blue Yonder (BY) Commits and BY DSS (Demand & Supply) to support supply chain and order promising operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical groups to translate fulfillment, planning, and inventory requirements into clear functional specifications. The role involves supporting configuration, testing (UAT), and post-production activities, with exposure to Sterling OMS being a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation: Work with business teams to understand fulfillment, supply planning, inventory, and order promising needs. Document functional requirements for BY Commits and BY DSS modules.
Solution Analysis: Analyze gaps, propose solutions, and support end-to-end process flows across the Order Management System (OMS) and Blue Yonder.
Project Support: Support configuration, scenario testing, UAT, and post-production activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to align functional design with BY architecture.
Training: Create process documentation, training materials, and requirement traceability.

Required Skills

Blue Yonder (Mandatory): Strong hands-on experience with BY Commits and BY Demand & Supply (DSS).
Functional Domain: Understanding of supply chain, inventory, forecasting, and order promising processes.
OMS (Preferred): Exposure to Sterling OMS is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
