Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Insights Apprentice to be based in London, UK.
As an Insights Apprentice and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you'll engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for Insights Apprentice FTC 36 Months your degree and actively applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace.
Alongside the course, you will have the opportunity to turn real shopper and category data into decisions that shape portfolio, campaigns and category strategy. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the business’ operations.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honors degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Data and Reporting
Manage data quality, documentation and coordination of data outputs from various research projects. Build and maintain dashboards and reports; prepare insights packs for portfolio/campaign readouts. Support Data Cloud Platform scoping: document requirements, data dictionary, and integration checkpoints.
First-line Analysis
Produce topline analysis, run crosstabs, and build summaries for Manager’s review. Maintain knowledge base, templates, and the onboarding hub for new starters. Utilise multiple data sources (EPOS, Shopper Panel, Loyalty Card, Survey etc) to build insights into stories that will help make informed decisions and drive actions.
Project Administration
Support the Insights Manager with drafting scopes and briefs for ad hoc research studies. Coordinate end to end operations on any survey or ad hoc research project. Track contracts/POs/renewals for all research projects; maintain the research calendar. Manage insight requests from key stakeholders within the business
Course Details

Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels. Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making. Drive to achieve in all aspects of work. Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Commitment to ongoing self-development and training including ability and willingness to commit to completion the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6. This may require attending off site training.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.

Fully funded qualification.
3 or More A-Levels (Or equivalent) at Grade C or Above.
As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
