Job Specifications

Title: Workday Technical Consultant

Location: Vancouver/Toronto II PST time zone

Duration: Contract

2–6 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM Technical.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).
Proficiency in XSLT, XML, XPath, and related technologies.
Expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
Should have Support Experience as workday Technical consultant
Configure and support Workday security, including role-based access controls and domain security policies.
Assist in Workday release management by evaluating new features, performing regression testing, and implementing updates.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to deliver seamless integrations with external systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, and ERP solutions.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
Demonstrated history of supporting full-cycle Workday implementations.
Preferred: Workday Integration or Studio certification.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
