Microsoft 365 Expert – Communication & Training

Location: Brussels (Onsite 2–3 days/week)

Contract: Long-term

About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Expert with strong communication and facilitation skills to lead training and awareness sessions on Microsoft 365 tools. You’ll play a key role in helping teams adopt the Microsoft ecosystem effectively, improving collaboration, and boosting productivity through impactful workshops and guidance.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and facilitate training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
Develop user awareness and best practices to enhance adoption and collaboration.
Create engaging training materials, documentation, and learning paths.
Act as a Microsoft 365 ambassador, promoting efficient and secure use of tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
Provide post-training support and gather feedback to improve future sessions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive, with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving adoption.

Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Outlook, etc.).
Proven experience delivering user training or change management initiatives.
Ability to translate technical topics into accessible, user-friendly content.
Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
