We are partnering with a leading Wealth & Investment Management firm to recruit a Senior Onboarding Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a client-focused, digitally-driven onboarding and data management function.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Salary: Competitive + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee client onboarding for a diverse client base, including individuals, trusts, and corporate clients.
Maintain accurate client data and ensure compliance with AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, and US QI regulations.
Support process improvement, digitisation projects, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating across departments to drive change and best practice.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years' experience in client onboarding or lifecycle management within Wealth or Asset Management.
Strong regulatory knowledge (UK and international), including complex client structures.
Experience with workflow automation and digital onboarding tools desirable.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Relevant industry qualifications preferred (e.g., IMC, IOC).
Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
