Salary: €3,500 – €4,500 gross/month + extras (company car, fuel card, bonus, and more)

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic Account Manager to join the Belgian team. The company are a trusted name in retail and food technology.

You’ll be out in the field visiting independent supermarkets across Antwerp and eastern Belgium, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping them choose the right solutions.

If you enjoy autonomy, meeting people, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Visit independent supermarkets in your region and showcase Bizerba’s solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Spot new opportunities and turn them into sales
Provide advice and product demos that make a real impact
Work closely with colleagues to deliver top-notch service

What You’ll Bring

You speak and write Dutch fluently
You have a commercial mindset and love connecting with people
Experience in B2B sales or the retail tech industry is a plus
You’re independent, driven, and results-oriented
You live in or near Antwerp / East Belgium and have a driver’s license

What You’ll Get

€3,500 – €4,500 gross/month (depending on experience)
