Job Title: Demand Intake Manager

Location: San Jose, California, CA

Duration: 06 Months

Job Details:

Own and optimize the demand intake process across all business units.
Evaluate new requests for completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Lead intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders.
Maintain dashboards and reports to track demand trends and portfolio decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance client demand with delivery capacity.
Identify and implement process improvements that streamline intake workflows.
3+ years of experience in project management (professional services preferred).
Strong business acumen and understanding of project delivery models.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
