Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic software engineering team. This role focuses on architecting, developing, and maintaining modern, enterprise-scale web applications that are critical to business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, including account lifecycle management and digital signature solutions, while helping modernize platforms and adopt cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Architecture
Design and deliver scalable, secure full stack web applications.
Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data operations.
Develop reusable components with object-oriented and service-oriented principles.
Implement and manage RESTful/SOAP APIs to enable seamless integration.
Technical Leadership
Serve as a subject matter expert in full stack development.
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews, architecture sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
System Optimization & Support
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications for performance and reliability.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and system observability.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards.

Required Technical Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
Advanced proficiency with SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
Front-end skills with Angular (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and cloud-native development.
Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, asynchronous programming, and SOA.
Experience with source control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Strong testing background with frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, Jasmine/Karma.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda BPM).
Prior experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
