What the day will look like
As a Research and Consulting Associate some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Gathering information about target markets, through online research, use of internal source data, and interviews with market participants
Analysing source data (e.g. regulatory disclosures, company reports, and national statistics) to understand the size of insurance markets, growth trends, and segmentation into products and customer types
Presenting the conclusions of research and analysis in a variety of formats: data visualisation through charts and tables, written reports, slideshows, and in person
Taking individual responsibility for some projects and collaborating with colleagues on others
Managing specialist language researchers where these are needed

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in / understanding of insurance or other financial services
Qualification through a university degree or similar experience
Proven research and analytical skills
Numeracy and an eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both in a team and individually
Power BI experience
