We're supporting a growing, data-driven organisation looking for a Client & Market Insight Analyst to join on an initial contract basis. This role sits close to senior leadership and focuses on turning market, competitor and customer data into clear commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making.

The Role

You'll be responsible for analysing market trends, competitor activity and client behaviour, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business performance. Working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing and product teams, you'll help shape strategy through meaningful insight and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends

Analyse client and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities

Build forecasting models and interpret data to predict future impact

Create dashboards, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Translate insight into clear, commercially focused recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning

About You

Proven experience in market insight, commercial or strategy roles

Strong data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI, Excel or similar BI platforms

Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics or data modelling

Confident presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders

Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills

The Offer

c.£275 per day

Fully remote working with occasional site visits for key meetings
