Recruitment Manager - Gordon Ramsay Restaurants - Support Office
We are looking for a high-calibre, driven, and organised Recruitment Manager to support our continued growth plans at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.
As Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top industry talent to support our upcoming growth, including new restaurant openings and various projects.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a strong, experienced recruiter with a solid understanding of the hospitality & restaurant industry. If you’re motivated, solutions-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities, this role is for you.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based at our Support Office-Wandsworth Road, London, with significant time spent in the field in our restaurants.
About The Role:
You will be aligned with our approach to recruitment to ensure we bring on board talent that meets business needs - building teams for a new opening, to existing restaurants and priority vacancies, employer brand and how we go to market, to how we select and co-ordinate & recruit across multiple sites in the UK
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will lead the recruitment process within your area to ensure it is compliant, efficient, and streamlined, while consistently delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience
You’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up in this hands-on role, interviewing candidates at all levels, taking the lead on hiring for Team Member and Management positions across both Front of House and Back of House
You’ll make full use of your network and apply a wide range of creative sourcing methods to attract the right candidates — from targeted job boards, social media to proactive headhunting, events and referrals
Delivering ad-hoc Projects such as Recruitment Events, Open Days & Internal Recruitment Campaigns
About You:
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter within the hospitality and restaurant industry
Confidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities across multiple sites
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
A proactive approach to sourcing, using a mix of channels to engage top talent
Commitment to delivering a consistently positive and professional candidate experience
Solid understanding of recruitment processes, employment law, UK Right to Work checks, and compliance best practice
A motivated, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for finding great people for a best in class global restaurant business
