We’re looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a standalone role reporting into the HR Director. The main responsibility of this role includes attracting and recruiting the best talent into our business across the UK, USA, UAE and APAC regions. The Recruitment Business Partner will have a proven track record of hiring at a global scale across all level of roles and disciplines, spanning Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, NPD, Technical (Food), IT and more.
Taking a proactive and positive approach as in-house recruiter, you will coordinate and administer a full 360 recruitment process from introduction through to onboarding and beyond, utilising the best practice in recruitment initiatives.
As Recruitment Business Partner you will be working closely with Directors and Heads of Departments to understand their recruiting needs and identify gaps and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve. You will also need to demonstrate accountability and be able to meet challenging targets and KPI’s, whilst adhering to global legislation.
This role will require someone with previous ATS implementation or back-end management experience (preferably Workday) and will require you to be hands on with our internal mobility, guiding our Senior Leaders decision making and running our internal interviews as well as leading Recruitment Training across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of hiring needs across all Hiring Locations (UK, USA, UAE & USA)
Coordinate and administer the full 360 recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding hire and passing of probation
Review and monitor recruitment trends including D&I data, time/cost to hire, hire source and many other key metrics to ensure the department is agile to respond to trends/needs of the business
Drive the implementation and success of new ATS platform (Workday)
Work closely with Marketing to ensure that the En Route International brand is promoted as an employer of choice
Ensure governance and compliance of statutory and business requirements linked with recruitment. Continually stay abreast of legislative changes that may impact the business
Continuous improvement of the recruitment processes and standards inclusive of regular reporting to aid data driven decisions
Manage and maintain all recruitment data and folders / ATS
Manage agencies and Hiring Managers POV when considering when spend should be utilized with a view of reducing reliance and spend all together
Continuously coach and train managers in recruitment best practice
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all managers within the business
Work with other internal functions to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to colleague – resulting in an efficient and highly efficient onboarding process
Support Department Leads and Managers with internal mobility
Work with the HR leadership team to ensure that pay and benefits are competitive and therefore attractive in the appropriate marketplace
Partner with HRBPs to understand gaps within teams, internal mobility and development

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an in-house recruitment role
Experience hiring across all disciplines and levels within a Food Manufacturing/Development, Supply Chain and NPD Desirable
Global hiring experience (APAC, UK, UAE, USA is desirable)
Project Management and Onboarding experience is essential
ATS Management and/or implementation experience (Preferably Workday) is essential
Recruitment Training & Development is desired
LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must
