Project Officer
Salary - £28,000
Hybrid - Part-time, 3 days per week
Start - February 2026
This is a role for a super organised, solutions focused person who can keep our Healthcare work running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll support the Head of Healthcare Partnerships and Development and the wider Healthcare team by: organising meetings, preparing documents, managing follow-ups, coordinating data, and helping ensure our volunteer services and those across our NHS and community partners are consistent, engaged, and well supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive admin support to the Head of Healthcare Partnerships &
Development (diary, inbox, document management, meeting prep)
Coordinate partner and coordinator activity, including scheduling calls/meetings, tracking timelines, and keeping stakeholders updated
Maintain accurate service and volunteer administration, including records, onboarding support, and day to day coordination
Manage and report on service data, including collecting monthly returns, maintaining spreadsheets/logs, and producing summaries/dashboards
Support training and induction delivery, organising logistics, keeping materials updated, and supporting follow-up/evaluation
Contribute to projects and communications, including light research, maintaining trackers/documentation, and creating clear documents, slide decks and partner updates
