We are seeking an AI/Gen AI Architect to join our team. This role will involve designing and building enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Large Language Models, Conversational AI, Agentic AI frameworks, observability tools, and a passion for developing next-generation intelligent systems.

Job Title: AI/Generative AI Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (With high possibility of extension)
Job Description
The AI/Gen AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling advanced AI/ML solutions across enterprise systems. This includes building conversational AI capabilities, integrating intelligent agents, and ensuring optimal performance in distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models into enterprise platforms.
Apply deep expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models (LLMs) such as Gemini and GPT.
Work extensively with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI to build intelligent workflows and automation.
Utilize Python and major AI/ML libraries—including Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and related frameworks—for model development and deployment.
Bring a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots.
Work with observability platforms including Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana to monitor and optimize the health and performance of AI workloads.
Apply expertise in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI to create next-generation conversational experiences.
Integrate bot systems with backend services, databases, and APIs to enable seamless data exchange.
Work with modern web services and integration layers to ensure scalability and reliability.
Diagnose complex issues across distributed systems with excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, presenting architectures, insights, and design recommendations.
Operate as a self-starter capable of managing priorities and delivering high-quality work independently.
The AI/Gen AI Engineer will drive innovation, architect scalable AI platforms, and elevate AI maturity across the organization, ensuring business-aligned and future-ready solutions.
