Job Title: Social Media Analyst

Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in London

Remuneration: £48.08 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary - Ends on 14/06/2026

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of a comprehensive measurement strategy for both Owned and Earned Social channels. Focus on Influencer, Creator, and Partnership Marketing to optimise performance, audience growth, and engagement. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess channel impact on marketing goals.
Design and present actionable performance updates and strategic insights. Regularly translate complex data into clear narratives for executive-level audiences. Lead real-time optimisation modelling with channel owners to improve content performance dynamically.
Serve as the analytics partner for the Earned Social/Partnership team and Owned Social channel owners. Work closely with internal and external agency analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and adherence to best practises. Maintain and leverage analytics tools to address critical business questions.
Oversee the monthly EMEA Endorsement/Creator Marketing Scoping process. Conduct bi-monthly audits to ensure compliance and accurate tracking of creator/partner activations.
Provide analysis for paid/boosted social programmes, identifying effective boosting criteria and measuring the impact of media spend on channel growth. Execute precise social reporting for major brand campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in social media analysis for global consumer brands
General marketing experience, preferably in digital
Expert knowledge of social tracking tools like Brandwatch, Tubular & Sprinklr
Proficiency in CreatorIQ
Up-to-date with social and influencer marketing trends
Exceptional communication skills, particularly for executive audiences
Proven track record in social reporting for large global brands
Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
Proactive, independent, and able to influence across functions and geographies
