ERP Test Manager – Aerospace (Infor ERP)

£500-£525 per day

Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead the end-to-end test strategy for a major Infor ERP implementation within a complex aerospace environment.

You will be accountable for assuring solution quality, regulatory compliance, and business readiness across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality. Working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors, you will deliver a controlled, risk-based testing approach to support a safe and on-time ERP deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and owning the ERP test strategy and governance
Planning and managing all test phases (SIT, end-to-end, data migration, UAT, cutover)
Coordinating test delivery across internal teams and suppliers
Managing defects, quality gates, and go/no-go decisions
Providing clear test status, metrics, and risk reporting

Essential experience:

Test Manager on large-scale ERP programmes
Aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments
Strong Infor ERP knowledge (configuration, integrations, reporting)
End-to-end ERP process expertise
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
