Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: London - 2 days per month in the office

Duration: 3-6 months

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in linking business objectives with IT and operational delivery. You will work closely with project leads, procurement, technology teams and external suppliers to support the successful end-to-end delivery of a complex programme. This role requires someone comfortable operating at a senior level, managing challenging stakeholders and taking ownership of analysis across suppliers, partners and technology design.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior BA, working closely with project leads across IT and operational spaces
Lead and support the RFP process, pulling together all aspects including supplier services and capabilities, costing models and offshoring and engineering considerations.
Analyse and map end-to-end programme delivery, from procurement through to implementation
Work with partner suppliers to optimise integrations and define more efficient ways of working
Define business requirements, configuration specifications, KPIs and reporting requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail or large-scale operational environments
Strong experience working from a procurement and RFP perspective
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of IT operational environments and end-to-end delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at senior levels
