The Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our inbound growth. This role is junior to our Account Executive / Senior Client Care role and is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is hungry, coachable, and motivated by clear targets.

You will be responsible for rapid response to inbound leads, consistent follow-up, qualifying prospective clients, and converting them into booked consultations.

This is a phone-heavy, KPI-driven role with clear expectations and a well-defined path for growth.

What You’ll Do

Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
Educate clients on next steps and guide them toward booking consultations
Handle common objections with confidence and empathy
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured follow-up sequences
Consistently hit activity and conversion targets
Collaborate closely with senior client care and clinical teams

High outbound call volume and fast response times
Strong show rates and booked-consultation conversion
Professional, calm, and confident phone presence
Coachability and rapid improvement with feedback
Clear ownership of your pipeline and outcomes

Who This Role Is For

Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or client conversion

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$70,000
Clear progression path into senior client care / account executive roles
Structured onboarding, scripts, and coaching
