Job Description

As a FP&A Finance Manager you will be providing analytical reviews and insights to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly. The role is responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance business, working closely alongside both finance and non-finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of Personal Finance.

As a FP&A Finance Manager you will:

Lead the personal finance monthly reporting for the Personal Finance Exco and the Personal Finance Board
Ensure the production, delivery, understanding and presentation of insightful financial analysis including analysis of Personal Finance yield, NIM and cost of funds
Proactively develop new analysis and insight to support business decisions
Challenge current processes and embed efficiency improvements
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Group Finance teams, sharing good practices and financial analysis
Support the forecasting and budgeting processes
Contribute to a range of projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications

Essential:

Experience working in a financial environment with FP&A experience
Qualified or studying towards qualification of CIMA, ACCA, ACA
Strong communicator and influencer
Ability to choose and use a range of financial
Commercially focused
