Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role is part of a team that sits at the intersection of our respective LOBs and Marketplaces, where you will work on developing cross line of business Monetization strategy, driving consolidated reporting, and delivering clear, crisp, and concise materials that go to LinkedIn’s Executive Team and the Microsoft Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will be part or a team that will:
Work across the Marketplace Strategic Finance team – partnering across lines-of-businesses, functions, and segments – to develop Monetization growth strategies and unlock GTM operational efficiencies for LinkedIn
Partner with the Infrastructure and Central Strategic Finance teams to communicate insights, analyses, reporting, and broader Monetization recommendations to the LinkedIn Executive Team
Build and deliver consolidated Monetization reporting views for the LinkedIn Executive Team and Microsoft Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors
This is a matrixed role, with business partners and stakeholders across the Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, and R&D organizations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
Stakeholder Influence
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
Execution & Organization
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
Performance Management
Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in the technology industry.
Experience leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI) to translate financial data into clear insights and compelling narratives for executive decision-making. This skill supports consolidating and communicating complex monetization performance trends effectively.
Proven track record of navigating and driving projects in a matrixed organization, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with collaborating across diverse teams (such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and R&D) and coordinating with partners who can influence executive leadership and drive actionable insights.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $98,000 - $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other app
