Business Systems Analyst II - Infrastructure Engineering

London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days a week) - 12 months contract

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support supply chain and operations tooling. This role focuses on system monitoring, incident support, process improvement, documentation, and supporting system enhancements across ERP and supply chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor dashboards and reports to ensure system stability and performance
Provide Level-1 support for supply chain tools and workflows
Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution
Ensure SLA adherence and track incident trends
Create SOPs, workflows, user guides, and training documentation
Work with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
Support UAT activities including test case creation and execution
Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and rollouts
Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in supply chain systems, operations systems, or ERP support
Experience with Oracle ERP, WMS, or Manufacturing systems
Hands-on experience with production support and incident management
Experience in UAT, testing, and system validation
Strong documentation and process mapping skills
Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
Exposure to global supply chain operations
Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Google Sheets/Slides
Data analysis using dashboards and reports
