Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer

Location: Vancouver, BC (Open to Remote – Canada-based candidates only)

⏳ Duration: 12 months( possibility of extension)

We are partnering with a client to engage an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to support two planned platform upgrades and provide ongoing development-level support for production issues throughout the contract term.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior D365 F&O developer with strong technical depth who can lead upgrade execution, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure application stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support two scheduled D365 F&O upgrades
Execute upgrade-related development, code remediation, and validation
Troubleshoot and resolve production defects and bugs (approx. 1–2 per quarter)
Analyze and optimize customizations, extensions, and integrations
Ensure code quality, performance, and platform stability
Develop and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Technical Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Strong expertise in X++, extensions, and D365 F&O best practices
Experience across Finance and Supply Chain modules
Proven track record supporting and executing D365 F&O upgrades
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, and deployment pipelines
Experience with Power Platform and Azure services is an asset
D365 Customer Engagement development experience is a nice-to-have
