Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst - Mid-Level

Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking talented professionals to support the delivery of actionable insights and high-quality data visualizations for business decision-making. Our team values data-driven strategies and analytical expertise to enable operational excellence within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
Design and develop data visualizations with Power BI to effectively communicate insights.
Analyze data trends, patterns, and provide actionable findings for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Experience/Minimum Requirements

5-10 years’ experience interpreting business data, with a strong background in data analytics and Power BI.
Proficiency with SQL for querying and manipulating data; strong DAX skills for data aggregation and analysis.
Experience with data preparation and ETL processes, including familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.
