Position Overview
The Director position will be based in Los Angeles and will report to the Vice President of Talent Management and Strategy based in New York City. This person will support the Vice President and act as a liaison between on-air talent and corporate teams to build and maintain relationships, navigate talent issues and inquiries, and support business initiatives. The role will require close contact with key internal and external clients to identify and prioritize talent requests and support brand and company goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead global leadership development initiatives to cultivate future leaders.
Design and implement organizational design strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Oversee change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
Manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate succession planning to identify and develop key talent.
Enhance employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives.
Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve talent strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent management, HR strategy, or related roles.
Publicity/agency/studio/network experience a plus.
Proven experience in developing and executing talent management strategies on a global scale.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in organizational design, change management, and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and improve workplace culture.
Proficient in HR analytics and using data to inform talent decisions.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
