Role: Business Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract: 12 Months with possibilities of extension

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office

Job Description:

Analyze complex business and regulatory requirements and translate them into data and reporting specifications.
Develop, validate, and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting needs.
Support regulatory reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Work with large datasets across multiple source systems to perform data validation, lineage analysis, and impact assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business rules, metrics, and reporting logic.
Support implementation and enhancement of OFSAA modules, including data mapping, rule validation, and reporting outputs.
Participate in UAT and production validation, supporting defect analysis and resolution.
Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, data dictionaries, and validation reports.
