Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Product Owner ready to go beyond traditional backlog management. This is a role at the heart of enterprise insight — where you’ll turn complex data into actionable decisions that drive business outcomes.

This isn’t your typical Product Owner role. We’re looking for a data-savvy, strategic thinker to lead product ownership across high-impact reporting and analytics initiatives. You’ll ensure that the insights that matter most reach the right people at the right time, shaping how the organization makes decisions and drives growth.

What You’ll Own:

Define and manage the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders, continuously aligning on priorities and value delivery.
Build, groom, and prioritize a reporting backlog that spans multiple business areas, balancing day-to-day needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Lead sprint planning and participate in ceremonies (reviews, grooming, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of high-value features.
Develop deep understanding of user, customer, and worker needs to inform decisions and guide product direction.
Translate market research, user feedback, and industry trends into actionable product enhancements.
Write clear, detailed user stories, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, analysts, designers, and stakeholders — to bring products from concept to reality.
Influence vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring measurable impact on business performance.
Maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders and end users, capturing value and validating solutions continuously.
