8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
